This equipment performs cyclic vacuum drying and nitrogen purging baking for batteries and supercapacitor cells. It transfers dried workpieces into a glove box for electrolyte injection under an anhydrous and oxygen-free environment. Cells are loaded into vacuum chambers and processed with customizable program parameters including heating temperature, holding time, vacuum level, nitrogen filling and cycle counts.
