The manual slicer is a patented manual slicing device developed for punching various materials in the battery industry. It is finely crafted; burrs on the products after punching are better than the industry standard and there is no indentation. Punching of various sizes, square or round pieces, is achieved by matching different punching dies.
Key Features
- Burr-free cutting with no indentation — ideal for coin cell electrodes
- Seven sizes from Φ10 to Φ19 mm with interchangeable dies
- Round or square pieces depending on the die selected
- 3Cr13 quenched stainless steel dies — long service life
- Compact bench-top manual operation; no power required
