The grinding jar of the horizontal tissue grinder (high-energy oscillating ball mill) vibrates in the horizontal direction. The inertia of the grinding balls drives them to impact the sample material on the inner surface of the arc with high energy, thereby achieving a crushing effect. It only takes a few tens of seconds to grind, mix and homogenise the sample.
