An olivine cathode developed by adding manganese to the LFP structure. Manganese raises the operating voltage from LFP's 3.4 V to approximately 4.1 V; although capacity remains similar, the higher voltage translates directly into higher energy density. It largely retains LFP's thermal safety advantage.
