One of the simplest and most extensively studied members of the sulfide family, with the composition Li3PS4. Its plain composition of only lithium, phosphorus and sulfur improves synthesis reproducibility and yields results that are straightforward to interpret. Its sub-5-micron particle size suits composite preparation.
