This equipment is mainly applied to Z-stacking assembly of cathode, anode and separator for lithium battery cells. It adopts manual feeding and automatic calibration & stacking with high efficiency and precision. Adjustable fixtures fit multiple cell sizes; the desktop-type body can be placed inside glove boxes. Equipped with a single cantilever structure and constant separator tension control, it is ideal for R&D sample preparation.
