Solid-State Battery Test Fixture with Pressure Sensor

A fixture for testing solid-state batteries under pressure. Its quick-assembly design makes the die easy to open and fill with battery powder.

The die is high-purity titanium, corrosion resistant and able to withstand high pressure. A self-levelling arrangement distributes pressure evenly over the electrode, preventing electrolyte cracking or delamination caused by local overpressure.

An integrated pressure sensor with multi-stage amplification and separate power supply gives fast, stable pressure feedback.
