The valve kit is used for gas purging and evacuation of absolutely sealed electrochemical cells; the valve connected to the sparger is the inlet. Valves are ordered together with the cell and prepared to match its connections.
Three options are available: a single valve, a set of 4 valves for standard cells, and a valve assembly for 10 mL small-volume absolutely sealed cells. In the small-volume assembly, connections run through quick connectors with 3 mm PTFE tubing (manufacturer data).
